TS 16949 provides continual improvement, emphasize defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain by supporting documents, such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA, etc.

Increasing concern on environment is the global trend in manufacturing industry. Weal Lam gives active response to the issue and has begun to change our production compliant to RoHS requirements. We target to produce all our products compliant to RoHS in 2007.
